This was an extra treat as we were not expecting to play 2 days in a row.
We arrived just in time to tee off and had no warm up.
The weather was amazing. We never caught the people in front and we played fast enough to keep ahead of the lone golfer following.
M played a blinder. After irons practice the day before he risked his driver on a few holes and it worked a treat.

S played up middle and messed up putting.
M went zig-zag but did ok

S played onto green in 2
M went over back but still did ok

S had nightmare lost ball off tee in ditch, then had a few bunker incidents.
M used driver and somehow made it go right! then played very well.

S was short of lake, over back of green and down in 4
M lost ball in lake, oer back of green to exact same spot as S and down in 5 with P

S over to right
M messed up tee
7. up hill dogleg right
S played safe on green in3
M played binder with first drive to right again!? On green in 2.
8. with line for driving and pit on right
S hit identical 1st shot to M
M then went in ditch but played well out
9. back to clubhouse
S steady progress
M drive long curved left, pitch onto green = par!

S on fairway then steady
M just infront of mound off fairway to left

S played safe and got +1
M hit great drive with left turn onto green in 2 for par

S messed up off tee then hit 10yds
M lost ball off tee but still managed to win hole.
13. going towards bunker hole
S played ok on gren in 5 should have been 4
M played down wrong side of trees and still managed to win with great pitch out of trees.

S went in bunker (last foot) then free drop, poor hit etc.
M went well left but did great recovery to get a 4 to win hole

S bogey not good enough today!
M great drive great pitch and put birdy!

S Went right, then hit top of tree then onto back of green in 3
M went left onto 18th fairway then lost ball on way back.. this hole will give him nightmares.

Both went right and managed 5's

S perfect shot to center of fairway, then pitch for nice approach to lake
M drive went miles and was already at approach to lake.
M cleared lake by some distance.
S cleared lake by some distance but went right
S on greenin 4 and 4 puts ... grr
M on green in 3 with perfect pitch and 1 puts for another birdy.
It was M's day today. Will have to consider a new h/cap!
